I'm Alex Teodorescu, an Attorney At Law with a passion for business law and a relentless drive to make a positive impact. As of August 1st, I am thrilled to have embarked on a new journey as the Founder and Managing Partner of Teodorescu Partners, a dynamic law firm based in Bucharest, Romania.

Throughout my career, I have been a Partner at Grecu & Asociatii, where I have been at the forefront of the Dispute Resolution & Corporate M&A/Commercial departments. My expertise lies in providing legal counsel to diverse clients from industries such as IT, gaming, leasing, transportation/logistics, finance, and HR recruitment.

𝗦𝗽𝗲𝗰𝗶𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀
My legal practice is specialized in various areas, including Dispute Resolution (commercial, intellectual property, and employment), Commercial law, Corporate M&A, Private Equity, Venture Capital, Intellectual Properly Prosecution and Employment Law. I hold two MAs from the University of Bucharest in Labor Law and Private Law, honing my expertise to better serve my clients.

Outside of my legal endeavors, I am a firm believer in making a difference in the community. As an enthusiast volunteer with JCI Bucharest, I currently hold the role of President for 2023, actively contributing to meaningful initiatives that shape our society positively.

Before starting my legal career, I had the privilege of being a part of the Romanian Olympic Team for the Sochi 2014 Olympic Games, competing as a luge athlete. With a 10-year professional luge athlete career, I learned invaluable lessons of determination, discipline, and teamwork that continue to inspire me today.
